Everytime I sneeze I wet my pants and this never happened before I became pregnant.

oh dear! and I can't promise you won't need them after bubs arrives either! Happens to the best of us

Make sure you do lots and lots of pelvic floor exercises

I found I have heaps of discharge and was never sure if it was all discharge or some urine. Stayfree panty liners were usless but the poise panty liners are great!!!

Go to the Poise website and get some samples, also try tena aswell.

I was a puree feeder, forward facing, cot sleeping, pram pushing kind of Mum... and my kids survived!

i recomend poise and tena they are great, when i was pregs with haleigh i got heaps of samples in my bounty pack (none this time round though).
since having baby i dont have the problem anymore (well every now and then I do) but be sure to do your pelvic floor exercises during and after pregnancy.

I know what you mean!! I'm shocking - have to cross my legs tight everytime I sneeze. Even after JUST going to the toilet if I sneeze it still happens! I wear the panty liners but think I need to invest in the poise or tena ones.... it's pretty embarrassing isn't it!!

Seriously, pelvic floor exercise, plenty of them everyday will help with this.
