haha - that sounds very familiar DJ. No icecream is lasting very long in our freezer at the moment. On the plus side, I managed two big bowls of yummy soup today. DH has let me sleep in and do virtually nothing over the last two days and it's amazing how much that makes a difference!

Emma - fantastic website! Thanks. I'm going to send the link to my GP too as he often refers me to good websites. Hopefully he'll use that one.

Hi Kate how're things going?

I was only prescribed maxalon for the first 20 weeks til I ended up in hospital and it was hideous then they put me on Zofran. Coz it was later in my pregnancy and the hormones weren't changing quite as rapidly it helped alot.

I was just thinking our hospital has an outpatient facility where your LMC can refer you to get a bag of fluids in your arm. You sit there for an hour or so and they just top your system up. Its the option in between being ok and being so bad you need to be admitted IYKWIM? My ketones never showed how dehydrated I was so thats why it took so long for them to admit me but I'll be trying this option if I get sick again this time round!!! Thought I'd suggest it

Hi Babe

My wonderful MW got someone at the hospital to prescribe me Zofran and it's been an absolute life saver. As long as I don't do too much I can eat pretty well and am only throwing up every so often. I definitely won't ever wait again - I'll just ask for that straight away. I just wish I'd had a midwife who was prepared to tell me about the options when I was pregnant with Ollie!
