Good luck with the house selling. We have been on the market ONE week. It feels like forever.

Our RE agent said put a price on it. I like seeing a number and know what we can afford.

Selling and buying real estate is always a difficult quest. And the cost of new housing is one of the very first hurdles. I have wanted to improve my conditions for a long time, but I had no opportunity. Then I began to look for how to invest my money in order to save up for an exchange. I was advised to look at offers in Eastern Europe, check this link. It turned out that I can freely buy a cottage near Kiev without using loans. It was unexpected. I did as I was advised and I see that the value of my asset is growing every month. Soon I will sell my house and invest in buying another house for myself.
