Did anybody else experience really down days (like PMS but far worse, couldn't stop crying etc) after stopping breastfeeding. I did it gradually and am now on teh forth day without any breastfeeds but I just feel terrible and its the only thing i can think of to explain my mood.

i didnt but then again i bf for a long time and was pregnant when i stopped. I suppose a lot would depend on at what stage you stopped bf.

I didn't either but then we fell pregnant very shortly after I stopped bf anyways. Mind you I was soooo happy to stop, I was on a high from that
