Topic: Good op shops? (in Chch) Posted: 13 December 2009 at 9:23pm |
Hi everyone,
just wondering if anyone knows which op shops in Christchurch are good? Like, lots of stuff there? I am looking for things like plastic plates and cups and cutlery etc. I don't really have time to just go to random ones, so if you know a great one, please let me know!!
Thanks in advance

ditto on the above....super shed is great.
you need to rummage through but it is fantastic...especially for plates, cups and cutlery!!!!
...and by the way, if you are after clothes you MUST go to the recycled clothes warehouse in ferrymead!!!!! a whole warehouse full of clothes for everyone and everything is $2 an item!!!!

What is the site? I think most people would be wary of trying out a site that is posted here by a new member without some sort of explanation.

Apologies, the link goes to a site that catalogues secondhand shops in Christchurch and nearby. I'm not sure why the web address comes up as text rather than a hyperlink, though suspect it's because I am a new member.
Site description: 'Christchurch-based website listing secondhand shopping opportunities in and around Christchurch city, New Zealand. Discover the joy of op-shops, retro/vintage/curio stores and heaps more.'
Thought it might be useful anyway :-)

Oh cool thanks. To make it a hyperlink you need to use the tool with the chain on it in the message.
