Skin products for new Mums...

Im looking for a place to buy skin care products for new mums. Throughout pregnancy ive used Bio-oil...cocoa butter ... oliv oil ... but was still left with strechmarks. Now what im looking for is something a little stronger ...if there are any ladies out there who know where i can start looking please let me know! Im not too keen on buying products online...
