30 minutes a day is still a really good effort; your baby (and your midwife) will thank you for it.
How's everyone else doing? Good I hope. The heat doesn't help things but I'm lucky in that I'm at the gym so it's nice and airconned.
I had a bit of a break over the christmas period (only had one workout) but back into it last week. Today's workout was 6 rounds of 200m run, 10 thrusters (10kgs - front squat with a shoulder press at the top) and 10 pullups (assisted). Reasonably happy with it.
