anyone had one of these and had a notch in the waveform and gone on to have a trouble free pregnancy? or not?

i had the scan a couple weeks ago and there was a notch, baby is growing well so far, maybe a week behind, but im worried ill get pre eclampsia again and need to decide weather to have a section or not (at this stage leaning toward yes)
