So today i am 37 weeks and last Sunday i tore a muscle AND sprained a facet joint in my back (from a cough, ive been sick for about a month now). Its going to take at least 3 weeks to heal and im currently housebound, although a lot more mobile than Sunday.
I was wondering what will happen if i can't push because of my back? Or if there's a danger i might re-injure myself? My midwife knows i injured myself but havent hear anything more than to take some panadol (same from after hours as well).
