Hi to all you mamas-to-be. If you're looking for some birth preparation classes that focus on positive and practical techniques for achieving a great birth experience do consider HypnoBirthing classes. I did, and loved them. So much so that I'm now a HypnoBirthing practitioner.

I'm 9 months pregnant and I suppose that in my small town we don't have such clubs on professional basis. It's a pity... Instead of it I read a lot and talk with other mums-to-be at my place.
