	Okay so i brought a rolled roast beef thingy the other day and want to have it for dinner tonight cause its our wedding anniversary. I have roasted chickens and pork before but not beef.... Any tips or help anyone can give me please? Thanks in advance.

	Im no expert (I hate cooking) but I use the roast meat calculator website - always some helpful info on there. I know the nz pork site has great recipes tips etc, maybe there is one for nz beef??/
