Nasal bone and amnio

Hi there!

Last week we had our 20 week scan and they said they couldn’t see a nasal bone which is a soft marker for Down syndrome. We have been referred to fetal medicine for further check ups and a possible amnio.

We had 2 scans before the 20 week one and everything seemed absolutely normal and low risk so we are trying to stay positive but just wanted to reach out and if anyone has been through this recently? Thanks
