Anyone BF with sore, sore boobs?

Before Keziah was born I purchased some breast pads from The Baby Factory, they cost just over $20 if I remember rightly... and they are CRAP!!!! They aren't very absorbent so if you have heaps of milk (like I do) you wake up saturated GAH, and that's a ghastly feeling.. and it also doesn't look so attractive LOL
