DH made a shhhhh track for Harry to help him get to sleep (and stay asleep) during the day, and I thought I'd share it in case anyone wanted a free 'white noise' CD! He left the gaps between the shhh so it sounds like a person rather than just static.

Click on the website below and then right click on the link and click “Save target as” and save it to your desktop. Burn CD with whatever program you use to do so.

I just burnt one for us and put Harry down with it playing on repeat and he's out like a light!

It's not working for me - don't know why... link is, but says format/file name is wrong on next link.

I just played it for Rowan and it worked a treat - which I'm a bit suprised about as I thought she might be a bit old
