We feed Chloe around 4.30pm then she stays up and plays, has a bath and massage, and feed her however much more she wants while just watching something quiet on tv and having cuddles. She is usually in bed between 6.30pm and 7pm. Then she sleeps to anywhere between 2 and 5am (wish it was 5am all the time, hehe)... goes back down straight after feeding until between 6.30am and 9am (depending on how early her last feed was). She gets really cranky if she's up later than 8pm, but if we have her awake time from 4-4.30pm ish til bed, then she usually goes down ok.

We really enjoy having the evenings to ourselves, so we can eat together and watch tv/chat/whatever. Plus DH and I go to bed pretty early since he has to be up at 4am in the morning for work.

Just do whatever works for you, I reckon. If Hannah seems content at night and during the day then she is probably getting enough sleep, from what I remember you saying, I think she has good naps during the day. But if it's not working for you and you want to try something different, give it a go for a few days and see what happens!

When I tried to wake Chloe for a dreamfeed before midnight, to see if it would help her sleep right through, she would still wake at the normal times anyway, so now I just wait until she wakes up herself. About 3-4 times she has slept right through, but most of the time she wakes up once in the night, sometimes twice, which is pretty good I think.
Chloe (4 years) and Oliver (3 years).
