Mum2Ella, I think that's who we saw today. Her name's Nicola and she was lovely! Will definately go back to her.

Mine is free for the boys and as my GP is the bestest in the world down here (well thats what I think) he doesn't charge me when I see him with the boys. But if I do have to make an appointment with him then it is $27 to see him (that is a student consult).

I was a puree feeder, forward facing, cot sleeping, pram pushing kind of Mum... and my kids survived!

Yeah, I saw her last week too and thought she was really nice. She's just so new, I couldn't remember her name and I wasn't sure about recommending her.

Wow, lots of us using Glenfield Medical Centre. We must all be within spitting distance of each other.

I'm pretty lucky, all my GP visits are free, and will be the same when I have the baby.

But then again, I study full time, and work also, so my student health levy pays for itself. I am lucky that I have a GP at the student health centre that is so nice and understanding.....

So am not looking forward to paying for GP visits in 2 to 3 years time... This is my 6th year studying, so in a way I consider myself a professional student

Ours is free up to age 6 and I *think* I pay $33 with a CSC? I don't know coz I don't go to the doc all that often myself and I get it back from Southern Cross anyway. Don't know about maternity visits as I've never had to see my GP for anything preg related except when she sent me to hospital a couple of weeks ago and she didn't charge me for that.

White Cross are all free for 0-6 during the day, there is a surcharge if you go after 6pm or on the weekend. I sometimes take the girls there if I can't get an appt with our doctor.
