Yep Spencer has uneven leg creases as well. I am assuming that she was talking about the ones in the crotch?
It can be a sign of clicky hips (hip dysplasia sp?) and sometimes they send you for an ultrasound to be sure. Spencer had the ultrasound anyway as its routine for breech babies and he was fine. Your doc has probably tested her hips and they are fine so sees no reason to send her but you could always take her back and ask about it.

My niece (9 weeks old) has this and was sent for an ultrasound yesterday - haven't heard anything yet(assuming all went well), but her parents weren't too worried.

Yep, Caleb had them. It can be a sign of clicky hips and we have a family history so they acted on it just to be safe. He got refered to Starship and had X-rays at about 3-4 months then again about 9 months. Both were fine and we were 'discharged' as such.

Oh Laura - you wouldn't want something else to deal with ATM huh???!?!?? Wouldn't she have looked just a ball of cuteness in her glasses and lower body cast - puffing on an inhaler?
You're doing great with your girl Laura - keep rollin on girl!

Yep Rowan has them and has just had an x-ray that has found a little abnormality in the hips but not a dislocation. We're waiting for our referral to Starship now.
ETA: My doctor was telling me that they don't do scans so often now as the results can vary hugely depending on the radiographer. So they often recommend x-rays instead.
