wonder if I should up her solids

	Megan is on 2-3 solids a day and around 3-6 breastfeeds a day. the last week or so she has been waking during the night...last night she woke at 2am and could only get her back to sleep with a BF. Im just wondering if she is waking because she is hungry.

	Might be, worth a try anyway eh.... my boy is on 3 meals (+ dessert with dinner) a day and 3-4 breastfeeds. Some days he has a snack or 2 as well. edited for typos Edited by arohanui

	I think she should probably be having 3 meals a day as that's what's recommended for her age. We also give Jack dessert and snacks - he's a hungry wee mite but will sleep through the night unless he's teething.
