Noah has always been a great sleeper, sleeping through right from bout 4 weeks. but latly hes been waking more and more often durin the night first once or twice then every three hours and just befor he woke 2 hours after i put him down. im about to cry. because i feel like its my fault and hes not getting enough sleep. i dont no what to do. it shouldnt be teething as he has just got his bottem two teeth and i didnt relise until someone else pointed it out to me. !!!!! he shouldnt be hungry he is putting on weight really well like 10 kgs at 5 months i have also resorted to giving him some rice porridge at night instead of at lunch. hes def not cold. he has 2 45 min naps and a 2 hour one during the day. mayb i should let him cry it out? but that breaks my heart and he sleeps in my room as well.
im going to try plunket tommorow but i no we dont have a family center here so does that mean we dont have a sleep school? any suggestions would be appericated

How old is he now?? You say something about 5 months old but when was that?

Could he have wind??

I was a puree feeder, forward facing, cot sleeping, pram pushing kind of Mum... and my kids survived!

when you say lately do you mean just in the last week, or has it been longer than that.

cause i know that eden has gone thru phases of about a week of night waking and wanting to be fed and it seemed very random. prior to that she was also a good sleeper. i just kept up with the routine the way it always was and she just went back to sleeping thru.

ok if he is waking and not upset then i would just leave him and see if he will settle himself back to sleep when he has finished having a chat and wiggle. maybe he is waking cause he finds you too noisy. i know some people have found their baby sleeps better when not in their room.
