I love having a bath & I would really love one again but how long do I need to wait until I can.
Until bleeding has gone completely or just when it drops off??? Although that's kinda ick.

Whenever you want to! Just have a shower afterwards if you're worried about icky stuff! A lot of people have salt baths after birth to aid healing so I don't see any issue with it at all.

And congrats by the way! Love the name!

Cool! I might have to just make it a child free zone!

What sort of salts did you use? I have epsom salts or just normal salt. That is also kinda why I want one, I have grazing but no stitches & it still feels a little raw down there.

Thanks for the help, can't wait til I can have baths with Cooper, I loved doing that with Alia.

Just normal salt.... don't know whether epsom salts would be better/worse/neither.

you can get himalayan rock salt from health stores - that's supposed to be really good for detox/healing
