Hey ya

So, I am not sure if this is a phase or whether Phoenix may have something wrong with him.

When he gets upset or seems to be panicky, he gasps and wheezes while he cries or whinges.

Is this normal? Or should I be worried?

Hmm don't know if it's normal or not but maybe ring Healthline or Plunket? Better to be safe than sorry.
