If I make pureed food with formula in it, am I able to freeze it, as long as I do it straight away? I am not sure with formula.

Or am I best to mix in formula once I have defrosted?Things just puree better if I add the formula at the blending time.

I'm the same, I always added milk after defrosting. To get the puree right I used some of the cooking liquid. I found it thickened when I heated it back up so could add milk then anyway.

I usually pureed with water instead of formula, but have used formula before. And yes you can freeze it if you do so straight away.

I would add formula after you have defrosted the food.

I've always added formula after defrosting. I used a bit of water to puree anything that didn't puree easily. I definitely found pureeing things like broccoli much easier with a bit of water, but pumpkin, kumara etc seemed fine without.
