Totally normal, it happens when it has been partly disgusted. When they spill up straight away it just looks like milk but if a bit comes up a wee while later then it looks thick and lumpy.
You only need to worry if bubs seems upset about spilling, so screaming, back arching, drawing legs into tummy. But if none of that then all good.
I agree with cuppatea, completely normal for it to look "curdled" or lumpy if they throw up a while after a feed - in fact if you have a really good vomiter like my girl was, it can be normal to see yellow lumps.
