KA - we actually had a lot of issues (mainly with day sleeps as Jack's always so tired at night) but there was no way I was buying another cot with a 19 month age gap.
Kmarie - you can buy toddler pillows at baby factory etc but we just got a normal (but rather flat) pillow - heaps cheaper. It's something to do with they can have a pillow when shoulder - shoulder they are double the width of the head or something
