As we're rapidly approaching summer and its already getting warmer, I've been thinking about getting some baby sunblock for Campbell. Does anyone have any advice on what age you can start using a baby sunblock from, and what brands are good? I'd really like to be able to get something as natural as possible, that's also good for sensitive skin.

Most baby sunblocks are safe from 6 months, and they all have the age for recommended use on them somewhere. I'll be watching this thread because I'd love to find a natural brand - I go through HEAPS as DD is a red head with super fair skin.

There are lots of threads on this topic... see for example Recommendation for sunblock or sun block or can anyone recommend a good sunscreen

Personally we use and love BabyBaby sunscreen, nice and natural and reasonably priced for the quantity you get.

The only thing is, its quite thick, but it definitely does the job as my girl is fair as fair and it works a treat on her. I find it is compariable in price too

Oh ill be watching this thread as i have been starting to worry about Rory as i know i burn REALLY easily even on a really cloudy day.

I was just thinking though is there any spray on sunscreen i can use on his head? He has a lot of hair so dont want to rub any in and glog up his hair. Just wondering as i usually get burnt on my head so worried he might be the same and he is very good at always pulling hats off.

Noticed in one of those other threads that there was a piece on baby sunscreens in last year's Dec mag, so I pulled out my copy and had a look. There is a Hum SPF30+ organic moisturiser/sunscreen that looks really good, and at a good price, so I'm going to try that one out.

I use the NATURAL INSTINCT sunscreen spf30+ from some pharmacies as it is free from parabens. Does the trick
