We are off to Wellington for a weekend and just wondered if there is any fun things the locals could suggest that out of towners wouldn't hear about.
Any good markets?

We spend alot of time down there but just wondered if I'm missing out on anything

Check out the newly restored ROXY Theatre (thanks Peter Jackson) in my burb of Miramar.
Lunch at Ernestos'
Stop in at Madame Fancy Pants top of Cuba Street and always...ALWAYS coffee at Fidels.

Oh and there's always the pool down Oriental Parade as well. As I know how kids LOVE pools!
