Can any Hamilton mums out there recommend day care/in home care? I have been putting off the search as know I will find it difficult to go back to work , but figure it's better to find one that am happy with and confident in than to procrastinate any further in the hopes of winning lotto lol. We live in Claudelands and work in town but for a good one am prepared to travel! TIA

I haven't used a daycare so I can't recommend any, however I've used Waikato Family Homebased Childcare since Ollie was 5 months old and haven't had any issues. In total we've used 4 carers the first 2 were wonderful, the 3rd was OK and the 4th is awesome (she's my SIL ).

A friend of mine used ABC Puketaha (they have a Claudelands branch) and raved about it to the point she was gutted Beth turned 5 last month!

Thanks for the replies. Is a pretty scary thing to be doing, especially since bubs isn't even ehre yet. But need to make sure that I have something organised or will be stress city!

my boy goes to kids to five maui 2 days a week....but however im not 100% happy as when it comes to my kids im really picky i hear the new sunshine (kids) or something .its right down the end of the road.......is good...apparently they have on call doctor (dont quote me on that) and have a little farm with animals......i have just got them to send me info ........my other daycare isnt the cheapest either but he has made good friends and speech improved but they do keep putting him in nappies when i want him potty trained .....meals are awesome there so he comes hom overful and not wanting dinner. good luck.......i also looked into hombased but couldnt find anyone that was right for ty
