Has anyone had experience with ultrasonic and/or electromagnetic pest repellers for rats?
My mother in law has an old villa, with tenants complaining of rats in the walls and ceiling, and we were wondering if these pest repellers are worth the money.
Any advice would be appreciated.

Playcentre has something called a sonic guard - but they don't think it works very well on the mice.
