Hi Does anyone know of any good swimming classes or aqua aerobics in auckland central area?
I am just starting 3rd trimester

You could look at Mt Albert pools - or the Tepid Baths might run them. I also think that Newmarket Pools (Olympic) do...

Mt Albert - it doesnt look like they have an antenatal class - but the lite class might be suitable!
