My two youngest are at a Reggio daycare, I absolutely love it and cant rate it high enough. However they arent as full on into it as other centres are, and I think it definitely depends on the managers of the centre as to what degree it is taken.
They encourage self-led learning in everything they do. The teachers aren't so much teachers as they are guiders. Everything is centred around the childrens interests and curiosity, and they dictate what they want to learn about and how they want to learn about it (to an extent!!

). Im not sure that it is quite as full on as montessori but that could just be the approach they take at our centre?
It is pretty hard to explain tbh, our centre owner is really into it and is so passionate to talk to about it, I would imagine it would be the case with other centres so it could be good to pop into one and have a chat? Sorry Im not sure how much use I have been
