Your best bet would be to set up the account so that it automatically forwards mail for you - it's usually fairy easy to do in the settings. I've never used extra but if you're having trouble email/phone their support team - I'm sure they'll help you out

I have just done this yesterday, I had to set up another email address for my new TM account and was sick of having to log out and in of both so I set up a link where I receive emails from both email address but only to the one account. I use yahoo tho so might be different for xtra but I will tell you what I did....I went into the options button, under mail options in the new email address there is a POP or forwarding bit, I entered in the box specified my usual email that I use the most and now all the emails for the new address go to the old. was super easy to do. You could set it up the oppsite way so the old email address goes to the new address

Hope that helps
