Involve, I found swimming and heat packs a lot of help but I do find that when I get Sciatica, I can only ver ease the ain, not make it go away. It won't go away until baby decides to move.

InLove - my OB prescribed me Codiene the other day, I was told to only take it if I have to not to take it every 6 hours but when needed
