I used raspberry tea and tablets, pre-birth spray way earlier than the labels recommend - but as recommended by my MW. I also was using EPO.

As it happened I was induced at 39w7days due to my waters breaking. Having gel and syntocin, plus my MW feeding me homeopathic remedies, I was still in labour for 26 hours.

Next time I won't bother with any of that homeopathic stuff.

I'm a real believer in the rasperry leaf tea... I took it from about 28/30 weeks (on instructions from my midwife) and when I went into labour I went from 3cm to having the baby in 3 hours. My pushing phase was 3 minutes (he literally popped out before I started!) And he's a first baby. Another friend of mine also had "good" labours with it and swears by it too.

As for when in labour, I had rescue remedy and stuff like massage oil, birth aid etc but really, I just wanted to be left alone and apparently went into my own world! Good luck1

Oh yep me too. I was taking the tablets from 36 weeks, 3 tablets twice a day a day. I dunno if it had anything to do with my short labour but I went from 7cm to pushing stage in just over an hour. When I had the first urge to push it was only 3 pushes later and Jackson arrived
