I have a Whirlpool front loader. Bought it second hand 2 years ago.
Best washing machine I have ever used.... things come out cleaner and not all crumpled.. I have been able to not iron DHs shirts because they just aren't as wrinkled.
The quick wash is less than half an hour.. I use the long washes overnight with towels, or sheets and they come out so clean and nice..
Ohh.. plus with a front loader you don't use as much powder/liquid.. I buy ecostore 500gm packs and they would last us probably 5-6 weeks (doing 5-7 washes a week)

I just bought a Bosch front loader, so was interested in this thread. Have used it twice now. Can anyone who has one tell me - once it has finished its load, does it eventually stop beeping, or do I have to go turn it off? I want to be able to set it going overnight!

Have a Samsung Front Loader as well and love it I would never buy a Top Loader only because I grew up with always having a Front Loader and also I was a Backpacker (Australia & New Zealand) for 2.5 years and had to use Top Loaders and just hated them.
