Hi there, I am hoping for some tips... my wee man has a lot of merino, but I am unsure how to sanitise it as Nappisan etc is not able to be used. Last night he had an explosion due to teething, and he soiled two layers of merino and was sitting on his sheepskin, so that is a mess too! Grateful for any suggestions!

Washing powder and sunshine should do it. (If you can find any sunshine)
Good luck!

Yup sunshine will help. It might take a couple of days in the sun to get it all out though.

I would try a wool wash that has eucalyptus in it - it will probably take a few washes and time in sun to get the mark out.

Baby merino??? Throw it in the wash & hang it in the sun or moon light. BUT if it's white it will discolour in the sun. So if the pooh comes out in the wash then hang in shade.

Yep, sunlight works wonders! I had a lot of poo stains in Isla's wollen singlets that wouldn't come out in the wash but someone told me just to hang them in the sun for an hour and 'hey presto!' the stains are gone

sunlight soap is the best stain remover esp when there's no sunlight!

Thanks for posting this! I have old teething poo stains in his GoGo bag and have been trying to get them out for months. I think I'll just stick with the good old sunshine :)
