That would be owners choice about the curtain rails not GJ's.

We've upgraded a fair bit of our light switches etc changed them to silver as well, it doesn't cost that much extra and well worth it in the long run :)

We haven't had a house built, but one thing I'd really like (not going to happen) is acoustic bats in the walls of the bathroom.
In most houses there's at least one bedroom sharing a wall with the bathroom/toilet. Would be good to have sound protection for the kids when we're up early/late.
