the theory behind the routine feeding and one side was to ensure she got lots of the hind milk which moves slower through their digestive system giving their stomach time to digest it properly, and it gives their stomach time to heal and regain the good bacteria in the stomach to break down the lactose. my DD is now totally fine and it only took a few weeks before she was waking only once a night

thanks everyone! that baby rice link is good

i only feed from one side now anyway, got a bit lazy with the right side!

we saw a different dr today, and Cairo has croup.. but the new dr is organising allergy testing for us, I mentioned about the baby rice or a possible wheat intolerance.

Since I have been dairy free for a few months now, I have been having rice milk.. should I stop this too?

edit, hopefully it is just a secondary lactose intolerance if his guts are sore..
