Sales job help

do your background research about the company, what sort of houses they have, what their market is, how long they have been operating. check out their photos to see what they usually put into their houses, if possible visit the showroom or one of theirs. also do some research into what people are looking for in a house. i.e. storage, easy clean etc. think about if you were selling your house what are the good features that you would point out, how would you overcome things that people say they dont like (this will mostly be about the flexibility of the plans and features the showhome have available). also do some research into the building materials the company uses.

I know it seems like a lot, but research is huge in my opinion and was when I was employing sales staff as a manager. It shows that you are genuinely interested and passionate about the products.

Showing people through show homes, you are most likely going to be part of the front line team as many potential customers will look around showhomes to find a company whose building style they like. Also, you will be dealing with some customers who are seriously considering the company and are looking at the workmanship/reliability.
