Weather has been pooey eh Rach, nice today though bar the wind :) we took the dog for a nice walk not long ago.

Been trying officially for ten months. So I don't have it anywhere near as bad as some of the ladies in the TTC forum. I've been on this site since August '09 though- in the waiting to TTC area lol. I've known for a long time that this is what I wanted, but just weren't in a great position and DH wasn't ready. Thought when we did start trying it would happen quick because we're young, but not to be. I'm sure our little bundle can't be too far away.
First try? go you!

awww hopefully it happens for you soon then Rach.
I thought it would take me ages to fall pregnant since id been on the pill and injection for years. but i stopped my pill and a week later my wee baby was concieved. talk about luck. We werent really trying, but i had said i wanted a baby, and my partner even though we hadnt been together long, was all good with it, so we just went with it. we were estatic when the pregnancy test came back positive. I wouldve cried if it was negative, cuz i had all the symptoms.
Oh yay Becks.. exciting. I seriously hope baby has legs open when we go for our scan, if not im gonna make her open them! Lol (fully think its a girl)
Today is going to be another beautiful day yay, already nice and warm so thats a good thing. Hoping to get out and do something today.

Haha - so funny, I used to live on Crewe, did for 3 and a half years! Its not so bad, got a pretty bad reputation though I will admit! We had our car broken into twice but then I dont think thats unusual in the whole of palmy. Maybe its something about shi**ing in your own backyard?
Most of the families are refugees there now, the underbelly is kinda being pushed out because of the affluence of the area. Every time there was a party loads of us would get onto noise control and have them shut down pretty quick (within reason of course)...
Its more buxton pl that is the problem...

Just putting in my 2cents - we lived in Palmy for a couple of years, but are both originally from Dunedin. We found it really difficult to make friends, and in fact the only real friend I made was a workmate and then I met a lot of her friends. Its tough times, hopefully getting a group of you on here will make it that much easier! My friend had a baby a couple of years ago and is still good friends with those in her antenatal group.
On the car note - DH's car was broken into and mine was stolen, all in the space of about six months. Go figure!!
Best of luck to you all. I hope to come back here soon and read about all your lovely ladies with bouncing happy babies :)
