Does anyone have any good books for a 2 year old about a new baby coming into the home? Jackson loves rhyming books these days and is happy to listen to longer stories.

Was thinking this could be a nice 'gift' from the baby!

Not really for a 2 year old, but incase you encounter sibling jealousy when the kids are a bit older there is a book by the author of "guess how much I love you " called "you're all my favourites "

but that doesn't really help your original question, I shall have a think cos Im sure I have come across a couple before

Yep, we've been reading "House Inside My Mummy" which he has recently started to enjoy.

Found a couple of Fishpond and will give them a go, but always nice to hear of any recommendations!

A friend has just recommended "Zsa zsa's baby brother" by Lucy Cousins (I think she does the Maisey books)

My DS1 was right into Spot books before DS2 arrived so we got him 'Spot's Baby Sister' (couldn't find a baby brother version) - pretty simple stuff but a good starting point to talk about what it might be like having a little brother. Incidentally, because Spot liked having a baby sister, DS1 decided that he was going to like having a baby too - it was a helpful start anyway!!

We have "Welcome to Your World Baby" by Brooke Shields.  It's great.

You could visit your local library and ask the children's librarian for recommendations - they will help you find a few different ones for you to have a look at and take home.
