I'm in the process of the same thing happening. I had to tell my employer I was pregnant very early on (about 6 weeks) as I was very ill with severe morning sickness right from the start.
Then when things got really bad my doctor put me on sick leave for 4 weeks and I got a call from my boss the first day saying they were "restructuring".
Have had a heck of a fight since then and it looks like I'm about to get a "don't bother coming in Monday" letter tomorrow.
My advice is to definately get a lawyer involved ASAP. Redundancy around pregnancy is always a little suspicious - esp. if you're the only one (like me!) and your emplopyers need to be held accountable to the process
