just an update
Got and email back from the centre manager who fully understood how I would be feeling and she sent me 4 carpark vouchers and 2 coffee vouchers, she was lovely

I also got a email back from the company which basically said sorry you feel that way but you where clearly having a bad day so thats why you have reacted to her. Yes i was a lil emotional coz of fertility stuff but i was on my way to have my fav drink lunch and a breather which would have made me feel better. but seeing her made the next 2 days crap (i would have been over my fert issues within 30mins)
But anyways the crazy cow has been "dealt with" and i just recieved a $20 gift card for center place ( huge relief that i didnt get a bottle of their crap hahaha)

SO i guess complaining has paid off, it got it off my chest, made me feel better, she was "dealt with" so hopefully others wont have to go through what i did, and i also got vouchers out of it

Thanks been thinking all morning what to spend it on lol. Hmmmm haven't been to hamilton for a lil while my bloods haven't been doing what they are meant to grrrrrr hopefully todays results are better
