linky to my chart, Ive put my MC-1st AF and then the next cycle up for you. I only started temping (for teh first time ever!) when those temps start so cant tell if they were that erratic before that...
But it shows Ov, and I spotted (I thought it was IB at the time ) on ov (only time thats ever happened). My cycles were all over the show (cycle after that one, I oved CD 16 and got pg with DD), but started vitex at the end of that first cycle I think...
With the preg test LR, it could be that if you take it, and it shows a BFP, it means that your HCG levels haven't dropped low enough to enable ovulation??
There are a few threads in the m/c section with this same question...my cycle usually went back to normal pretty quickly (first AF 4-6 weeks after stopping bleeding from the m/c). The last m/c I had was in Sept 08 and it took 6 weeks for AF to come back. I conceived again on 1 Jan 09, and had been ovulating for the 2 cycles since the m/c (my cycles changed to longer cycles than the 28 day ones I had previously had). I was charting, plus on low dose aspirin and high dose folic acid (5mg) due to recurrent m/c.
