Awww sorry you are having such a rough time! Good on you for sticking with it, I don't blame you for wanting to give up!

Just a thought, has Poppy been checked for tongue tie? Even though you say she is latching well she may not be effectively removing milk therefore not stimulating your milk supply.

have you asked midwife for some stuff you can take to help with milk supply sorry i dont know what it is called starts with a D? someone else should know it. it does work and i know people who have taken it just to help bring milk in or up a low supply.

I have some milk flow spray I'm happy to send to you if you like.

Also, if your LO's latch is bad, a nipple shield can really help! It made for fantasticly pain-free nursing for me, and we sucessfully came off it at 8 weeks. So definitely give that a go if you are interested.

I have medela nipple sheilds if you want them - they havent been used at all - just had them on hand just incase
