Try not to stress yourself too much about the whole IVF thing, I know it seems so daunting and scary but its not and the nurses and Dr's are all so lovely and understanding too.
They do normally have a counsellor available too, we saw her once and it made me feel so much better, she takes the time to really explain things, so maybe thats something you might be able to do if you think it might help?
