Topic: Bleeding Mid Cycle Posted: 19 September 2010 at 8:42am |
Hi Guys, i thought the bet best would be to ask you....i am quite the googleholic.
I am currently CD8 and woke up this morning and was bleeding, not too much, just enough to be noticeable to the loo paper! (sorry if TMI). I have never had it before!
Is this normal? I started taking B6, Zinc and Magnesium about a week ago, could this have any effect?
Thanks in advance!

Hey emma, I was looking at the beautiful cervix the other day (gross I know) and I remember there was one photo that had a bit of bleeding after AF but before ov. I just went back & checked and it was CD10 and she wrote that later she was diagnosed with a "endometrial polyp that occasionally causes bleeding mid-cycle".

It isn't necessarily something wrong like a polyp tho... and polyps generally cause spotting randomly throughout the cycle not just around ov. It is quite common to get a little spotting pre/post ov... there is many other things like polyps, hormonal imbalances, endometriosis etc that can cause random spotting but if it's a once off and a tiny amount it's not something to get too worried about
