So I thinking of getting some crayons for DS to use. As he's had a go with my felt pens, but they are messy!
Has anyone used Honey Sticks? They sound good, being non toxic. Otherwise, what brand are good. The thicker the better for his age right?

We have Faber Castel ones, they're a triangular shape - big and easy to hold, non toxic, etc. Lily loves them! Can't remember how much they were sorry but we got them from Warehouse Stationary. I did have a look for Crayola but here they only had the thin tiny ones which I figured would get broken, eaten, etc.

Crayola really do just wipe off everything, well worth the extra expense.

Faber Castel pencils are also good.

The honey sticks are great, and smell so yummy! My only issue was DS thought so too, and decided they also tasted yummy! I just couldn't get him to stop eating them! But on the plus side, they are definitely non-toxic - the only way you'd know he'd eaten them was if you saw all the pretty colours in his pooey nappy!

DD loves her honey sticks still (although felts are now becoming a fav) I never had any issues with them not coming off things that were not meant to get drawn on. And they really do smell devine
