I went home early from work today, slept for an hour or two and have since had a light dinner... but I'm feeling quite sick (stomachey) and I have no idea why. I'm already on high iron supplements but take them in the morning so it wouldn't be from that. And I have been keeping my water intake up.

When I flicked through my journal from my pg'cy with DD3 I found the same - one month before she was due I was feeling sick. Any ideas why?

I sometimes get this if I've not eaten, drank or slept enough! Hope you start to feel better soon.
