Hello and thank you in advance for any help or advice.

I'm going to try and be brief. Started TTC in November 2011. By March 2012 we figured out that I was not ovulating on my own. I was also having a lot of abdominal pain along with constipation. I had a laparoscopy done on March 22nd 2012. They found and removed several adhesions (scar tissue). Pretty much everything in my abdomen was stuck together and my ovaries were covered as well. The doctor said that the adhesions could be what was stopping me from ovulating. They have no idea why I had the adhesions.

I had a normal cycle beginning April 5th and on May 12th I found out I was pregnant! I had conceived on my own without the Clomid which would have forced me to ovulate. I had a miscarriage soon after at about 6 weeks. They did an ultrasound and saw nothing in my uterus:-(

I did not have another cycle until June 28th which only lasted about 2-3 days. Then it took another 5 weeks to have a cycle on August 2nd. It only lasted 2-3 days. Now almost 1 week later my boobs are hurting (to breath or to reach for something), I'm moody, hungry, and lightheaded. I don't know if I'm pregnant or if my body is still balancing out or if it's just getting used to having a normal level of hormones since I probably hadnt ovulated in years until now.

Any advice is much apprieciated!

P.S. My HCG levels were only at 50 when I became aware of my miscarriage. So I am assuming that I had a very early miscarriage.

No advice for you sorry, sounds like you've had a really hard time of it though.
I was thinking given your recent surgery you could ask for referral onto a Gynae? Or Fertility clinic, they might be able explain why your cycles are all over the place.
Are you referring to AF only sticking around for 2-3 days? Mine are normally only 2 days, sometimes rarely 3-4.
Regarding the HcG levels, that is quite low, I had a very early MC as well, in fact I had what they call a Blighted Ovum, so there was never even a fetus that started to develop, I knew at 5 weeks (from the inactivity on the dating scan), but it wasn't confirmed until 8 weeks and my HcG was 850. Not that I'm saying that I'm "normal" and you're abnormal, just that was my experience, did they say if they had any cause for concern for such a low level?

Take care, hope it all settles down for you soon
