Okay so I am going to get some more inserts for my night nappies and I am wondering which is better Hemp or bamboo?
Currantly using a microfibre and I want to add either hemp or bamboo. He seems like quite a heavy wetter as his nappies get drenched rather quickly through the day.
So what do you recommend?

neither, my favourite night time booster was BKT burley knit terry, very thick and thirsty.

It depends on the weight of the hemp or bamboo you are looking at getting. Get whatever is the heavier weight. Like on the greenbeans website their hemp is more absorbent than their bamboo because of the weight. I like hemp personally - it drys so much faster than bamboo from my experience
